[Amelia’s POV]
Meanwhile, Amelia struggled to hold on to her composure, even though she saw it all happening before her eyes.
‘Hyunjin is mine. Kamiyama… why are you trying to get his attention?’
Last time, Kamiyama prepared a boxed lunch and handed it to him, and now Hyunjin had taken Kamiyama out again. Amelia couldn’t bring herself to accept such a series of events. She had known Hyunjin before anyone else.
‘I was the one who started to care for him, feed him, help him sleep, and raise him like a human. Hyunjin is mine. He is a servant of the Lionheart family, contracted to us.’
But Kamiyama… what exactly had she done to capture Hyunjin’s attention?
‘I don’t understand…!’
This was unacceptable. Kamiyama didn’t even know Hyunjin deeply.
‘Or… is that it? Since Hyunjin has known me for so long, could it be that he only feels loyalty toward me?’
If that were the case, Amelia thought, it would be a relief. After all, a servant shouldn’t go against the purpose of working for their master.
However, Amelia wanted to be treated differently.
The three months she had spent with him meant so much to her.
If it had been Kurosawa Shingo from the original story instead of Hyunjin, she wouldn’t have felt this way. Unlike Kurosawa, who was moderately capable and often joked with her, Hyunjin was always sincere. That sincerity had stood out to her over the past three months.
It was during a moment in the park that Amelia began to develop peculiar feelings for the butler who had saved her. It had all started three months ago, just before entering Hoshizora High School.
‘Kamiyama, I refuse to acknowledge this. No matter what you do, Hyunjin is mine!’
Amelia’s thoughts, which could be described as warped, fixated on Hyunjin and Kamiyama Ohana, who weren’t even present. She clung to the belief that her earlier bond with Hyunjin couldn’t be overshadowed.

[Third Person POV]
Hyunjin had brought Ohana to a place far from her classroom, ensuring they wouldn’t be overheard, and said, “Kamiyama.”
“Huh? Uh, what’s going on? Bringing me to a place with so few people like this…?”
“I have a favor to ask!”
As Hyunjin moved closer, Ohana’s expression turned uneasy.
“A favor…?” she asked hesitantly.
“There’s no one else I can ask for help!”
“So, what kind of help are you talking about, Kim-kun?”
Ohana’s apprehension grew. Noticing this, Hyunjin softened his expression and said with a smile, “I need your help with studying, Kamiyama.”
“Studying…?” she echoed.
“Yes, studying.”
Ohana stared at him for a moment before sighing. “Whew… I see. Studying… you want to study.”
“I was thinking I could come to your house for help. Is that okay?”
“My house?” she asked, startled.
“Yeah, your house. If I had my own place, I’d have asked you to come over, but I’m currently staying at the Lionheart family’s mansion—Amelia’s house. I can’t bring you there.”
“Well… if it’s my house, I suppose it’s fine,” she said hesitantly.
“Really? Thanks, Kamiyama! You’re a lifesaver!” he exclaimed, grabbing her hand and shaking it enthusiastically.
Ohana looked flustered, unsure of how to respond. “Uh… um… well, if it helps you, Kim-kun…”
“Studying alone hasn’t been working out for me. There are so many things I don’t understand.”
“But did you really need to pull me aside just to say this…?” she asked.
“If others overheard, it might have caused misunderstandings. Saying I want to study at your house could be easily misinterpreted,” he explained.
Realization dawned on Ohana’s face. “Ah, I see. You wanted to avoid misunderstandings.”
“To be honest, Kamiyama, I think I may have already caused one by bringing you here,” he admitted.
“Oh, I don’t mind! Even if there’s a misunderstanding with Kim-kun, it… it doesn’t really matter,” she said, her voice faltering.
Hyunjin tilted his head, straining to hear her. “What was that?”
“Oh? Ah, nothing!” she quickly replied.
“Really?” Hyunjin remarked.
“Well… when do you want to start studying?” she asked, changing the subject.
“I was thinking we could start today—after school, for an hour or two. Would that be okay?”
“Yes, yes. That’s fine! And… um… since you help out with duties every day, I think it’s only fair to return the favor,” she said.
“Thanks, Kamiyama! You’re the best!”
Putting her hands together, Ohana smiled shyly. “Hehe… but I’m not particularly good at studying…”
“I know. But you’re better than me, especially in Japanese history. That’s enough to help me with my weak points.”
“Am I really that good?”
“Anyway, see you at the school gate after classes!” Hyunjin said, heading back to class with a confident wave.
