“Cadet Ian, how was your drink?”
“Yeah, what… It was very good. But why are you sticking so close…are you drunk?”
“Hahaha, please. Just drink and get drunk. Oh, drink more. I ordered it.”
Catherine said that and started to rub her b0dy against Ian, clinging to him and even blatantly exposing her c1eavage. It was clear to anyone watching that she was trying to sed*uce him.
Ian, whether aware of it or not, glanced at Catherine and sipped his champagne.
‘This b!tch.’
Stella looked over at the principal, making eye contact with her. There was a clear smirk in her eyes.

[Ian’s POV]
“Come on, let’s drink more.”
“… Yes, what.”
I looked at her, sipping the drink the principal recommended. Even if I didn’t want to see her…her revealing clothes and the way she leaned left little to the imagination. Her b0dy was flaunting youthful vigor…
I crossed my legs and shifted slightly, trying not to get caught up in the situation. However, the principal pressed her th!ghs into the space I’d created.
This was dangerous. I removed her hand and gently pushed her away.
“Principal? This is a bit…”
“… Do you hate me too?”
“Yes?”
The principal suddenly burst into tears, as if starring in a dramatic play.
“Because I’m old… Because I’m an older woman… Because I’m an old v!rgin who couldn’t get married… Is that why you don’t like me?”
“No, it’s not that…”
She was clearly drunk—very drunk. I knew all too well how to handle a drunken person.
“How could that be? The principal is very attractive.”
“Sister Catherine.”
“… Yes?”
“Call me Sister Catherine. Why can’t you?”
‘No, I’m actually older than you…’
Looking at her, she seemed to be in her early twenties. It was hard to call her “sister” given her appearance, but I could see she mistook my hesitation for rejection. She started to breathe heavily, as if she might burst into tears at any moment.
“No, sister!”
“… Name.”
“Sister Catherine…”
I felt my pride shatter a little, but soon a defense mechanism kicked in.
‘Yeah, what. Even women call handsome men “Big Brother,” right?’ Compared to that, it wasn’t so hard to call her sister.
“Fufu, yes. Ian, call me sister…”
Catherine smiled and drank her wine happily. But it wasn’t enough for her—feeling thirsty, she grabbed my glass and downed it herself.
In the end, I found myself supporting the overly drunk principal.
“What do I do?”
She couldn’t pay for the drinks, didn’t have money, and I had no idea where her home was. I glanced at Stella for help.
She sighed and finally spoke.
“We can pay with the principal’s card.”
“… Card?”
“Credit card, maybe? If you check her things.”
I looked at the principal, but her outfit didn’t have any obvious pockets to store anything. Searching her body seemed inappropriate, and I hesitated.
While I was lost in thought, Stella picked up the bag the principal had left on the floor and pulled out a card.
“Here.”
“Ah…”
There it was. I almost felt guilty for nearly turning into a criminal. I quickly called the waiter and settled the bill.
With that done, I was left to deal with the drunk principal, who was too intoxicated to move.
“If you take her to your room…”
“No.”
“… My room is too small, no one can stay there.”
And even if my room were big enough, letting the principal sleep there would be a huge problem. What if rumors spread that the female principal stayed overnight in a male cadet’s room? It would spell disaster for both of us. The principal might even get fired.
After all, the Academy was under the Empire’s control, and the Emperor had the power to appoint principals…
“You could just take her to the principal’s office.”
“The principal’s office?”
That’s right. I remembered the old principal sometimes changed clothes in the office. There might be a room there for overnight stays due to overwork.
With that in mind, it seemed the most reasonable option. I headed back to the Academy with Stella.
* * *
“I’ll go ahead.”
“Huh? Okay. Bye.”
Once we arrived at the school, Stella, with a stern expression, returned to the dormitory alone. I was left to carry the heavy, intoxicated principal by myself.
I barely managed to calm my nerves, hoping not to run into anyone on the way. But when I reached the principal’s office, I hit another obstacle.
“The door is locked.”
Of course, it was. The office held all kinds of important Academy documents; you couldn’t just open the door. Then, despite being almost too drunk to move, the principal rummaged through her bag and pulled out a key.
“Ugh…”
“… Principal?”
“Hm, here…”
Without a word, she handed me the key. For a moment, I wondered if she was pretending to be drunk.
‘Why would she do that?’
Shaking off the thought, I unlocked the door and entered. A cool breeze greeted me as I walked into the office.
I gently placed the principal on the sofa, grabbed a blanket, and approached her to cover her up.
“Principal, if you sleep like that—!”
Suddenly, she pulled me toward her.
I was caught off guard, unable to react in time.
With my face buried in her soft c1eavage, I hesitantly lifted my head to look at Catherine.
“… Aren’t you going to sleep?”
Apparently, Catherine wasn’t as drunk as I thought. She gazed down at me with a clear expression.
I NEED YOUR HELP: During the recent unrest in the country I am from, our family hardware store was broken into and looted by thugs. I don’t know why they did it, since my family has always been minding our own business, without bothering anyone else. I’m guessing some people are taking advantage of the current lawless and chaotic state of the country.
Anyways, the incident now leaves me as the only earning member of my family. Long time readers know that I was already dealing with a mountain of trouble (that I inherited from my father), and was already struggling. I had created a plan of action, and was steadily moving forward. But this incident destroyed whatever plans I had, again. I don’t know why bad things keep happening to me again and again. I might as well be cursed or something.
So here I am, after much hesitation, once again asking for your support. If you are reading this, please help if you are able to, I repeat, help only if you are able to. I am not asking something for free, you can become a Patron at Patreon to gain access to more chapters, or sponsor as many chapters you can from any of the novels you enjoy on Goblinslate here at BuymeaCoffee. Thank you. I am able to continue surviving due to all your support!
Well the principal is proactive. Nice, pity MC is ball less. Well he needs to be passive to get a harem. Again dense MC did he really think that someone can get so drunk after 3 glasses of champagne? I am very, very light weight if it comes to drinking alcohol but even I am not dead drunk after only 3 glesses, tipsy and too honest yes, but almost dead drunk no.
Thanks for chapter
Hope everything is better now Goblin
